Organisational Narrative Concepts and Theory – Reflective Essay Assignment
Students will compose a 1000-word reflective essay drawing from their own personal narrative and how it may impact on individual performance and organisational performance. This assessment should be written in the first person.
Firstly, students will need to reflect on a specific experience or experiences in their life or workplace that can be linked to how they perform in the workplace currently or how it has shaped their attitude towards work.
Alternatively, students may also reflect on their current or past workplace’s organisational performance and how their personal narrative contributed to their organisation.
